ROZ is an alternative rock band formed by lifelong musician Rozlyn Zora in Tulsa, OK during the late aughts. ROZ not only pulls inspiration from classic rock n’ roll tunes but emo / pop punk, country, and pop influences such as Bass Drum of Death, Winona Fighter, Bully, Hayley Williams, Led Zeppelin, Florence Welch, Janis Joplin, Shania Twain, Alabama Shakes, and Rainbow Kitten Surprise. ROZ’s sound is unique in a way that blends the nostalgia of a simpler time with a yearning for brighter days to come. Now based in Dallas, TX.. ROZs lineup has changed throughout the years but is currently a 4 piece including long time band mate and rock n’ roller Lord Alex Henry a.k.a. Sticks McGee, Evan Dorio with the his magical skeet sweeps, and genie bassist Matt Ellis, coming soon to a town near you to grant you your last wish.
